Job Description:

• provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to Project Team;
• design reports, feasibility studies, prepare quotation, presentation material and other deliverables;
• control and monitor material & drawing submission;
• maintain electronic & hard copy filling system for each project;
• perform material sourcing and price negotiation;
• prepare purchase orders and shipment arrangements;
• perform project follow up;
• responsible for co-ordination work with client/ consultants/ sub-contractors and related parties;
• ad hoc task may be assigned.

Requirements:

• higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline but not a must;
• 2 years of solid experience in administrative duties or project handling;
• familiar with CCTV or ELV system is an advantage;
• hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage;
• good English written skills and interpersonal skills;
• be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner;
• be organized, self-motivated, detail-conscious and independent.
