1:1 class is entitled to a maximum of two make‑up lessons per term, while each 1:2 class is entitled to a maximum of one make‑up lesson per term.

A. How can I apply the leave when I get the proof after / during the trip?
Parents can submit the proof by fax 2322 1396 or email tocs@stanfordswim.com.hkfor apply the leave after the trip.
B. Why do different make-up class options appear when logged in at different times?
The system will release the make-up class options when other students applied a leave.
C. How to know which make-up class options are suitable for students?
All make-up class options are fliter by the student progress.
D. Why the make-up class only view the past three months, but the period should be 8 months?
Because the system only show that the semester is already started and the new timetable will be available one week after the start of the new semester.
E. What file format can be upload?
PDF、JPG、JPEG、PNG、BMP、GIF
F. Make-up class cannot be follow the regular class coach , progress will be a problem?
The make-up class will be provided based on student progress, so the progress of the students will not be affected.
G. Is it only available on desktop computers of this online system?
This online system can be used for smartphones.In addition to the system update, the system will operate 24 hours.
H. Why the make-up class only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday?
We offer the make-up class base on existing classes, so that we can only provide the make-up class on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
I. Why can not make a reservation when I have applied for leave?
If student apply a leave for Medical reason, School Event or Departure to oversea, it need 3 working days for the approval process. After that, the system will send the notification email to the registered email.
J. How to check the time and date after I book the make-up class?
You will receive an e-mail notification of the time, date and coaching information after I book the make-up class. In addition, you can login to the system to check the appointment record.
